1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone or in person.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to enjoy the full duration of your treatment.

If you are running late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

Arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.

2. Online Booking Policy

When booking online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

Some bookings may require a deposit, which will be deducted from the total service cost at your appointment.

If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show.

By booking online, you agree to provide accurate contact details so we can confirm or update you about your appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service or forfeit any deposit paid.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email, or use the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation.

4. Payments

Payments can be made online or at the spa after your treatment.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.

Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure your safety and comfort.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

They cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another person.
