1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone or in person.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to enjoy the full duration of your treatment.

• If you are running late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

• Arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.

2. Online Booking Policy

• When booking online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

• Some bookings may require a deposit, which will be deducted from the total service cost at your appointment.

• If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show.

• By booking online, you agree to provide accurate contact details so we can confirm or update you about your appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service or forfeit any deposit paid.

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email, or use the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made online or at the spa after your treatment.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.

• Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

• We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure your safety and comfort.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another person.
