Certain health conditions, scalp concerns, and circumstances may prevent us from performing treatments or may require adjustments to your service. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we encourage you to contact us prior to booking. Our treatments may not be suitable for clients with: • Hair extensions, weaves, cornrows, dreadlocks or any type of extension that prevents a comb brushing through • Scalp conditions including dermatitis, folliculitis, seborrhoeic dermatitis, tinea capitis, active psoriasis, head lice, cysts, or other active scalp concerns that are active. • Laying flat for a minimum of 1hour • Thrombosis (blood clots) • Cold or flu symptoms (we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment) • Certain bone-related conditions or injuries • Advanced stages of pregnancy (30 weeks and beyond) If any of the above applies to you, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the most appropriate options for your wellbeing. In our treatments we use Oway, an “Organic Way” brand with biodynamic and organic plant-based ingredients for pure, natural haircare.
