If you are running late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment so you can prepare in peace. - Hair extensions or braids: We are unable to carry out treatments on clients with any type of hair extensions or braids as we need full access to the scalp. - Head Spa treatment is not recommended for pregnant women. - Those under 18 years of age can only participate if accompanied by a parent.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy – Calma Head Spa Booking your appointment online is easy and convenient. By using our online booking system, you agree to the following: 1. Booking Confirmation Once your appointment is booked online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. Please ensure your contact information is correct so we can send confirmations and updates. 2. Deposits & Payments Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be deducted from the total service cost at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Online bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount or forfeit any deposit paid. 4. Changes to Online Bookings We reserve the right to modify or cancel online bookings in case of unexpected circumstances, with prior notification to the client. Any changes will be communicated via email or phone. 5. Responsibility By booking online, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. It is your responsibility to check your booking confirmation for accuracy.
