Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy – Calma Head Spa Booking your appointment online is easy and convenient. By using our online booking system, you agree to the following: 1. Booking Confirmation Once your appointment is booked online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. Please ensure your contact information is correct so we can send confirmations and updates. 2. Deposits & Payments Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be deducted from the total service cost at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Online bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount or forfeit any deposit paid.
